Gap Year options are being considered by students each and every year.

If you are thinking of taking a gap year, please either talk to Mr Impey, speak with relevant service providers at events such as the annual careers expo in Tamworth at the TRECC, or contact any one of the providers of Gap Year Services, which includes:

Professional Cadetships Australia partner with some of Australia’s largest organisations to offer Business and Engineering & Technology Cadetships to year 12 students looking to combine university with paid work at a leading company.

Year 12 Law students may apply for the Everingham & Solomons ‘Sir Adrian Solomons Law Bursary'.

Four Calrossy Students have successfully applied since this bursary commenced in 1998; you could be the next successful Calrossy student.

Tamworth Community College enables student to take a gap year, without the gap. Spend a year working, saving, maybe some travelling, and work towards completing your degree; all without having to leave home. If, at the end of the year you decide not to continue to University, you will still graduate from Tamworth Community College with a qualification highly valued by employers.
